IT’S TIME TO START TRAINING
Let’s get back to the basics.
Built on the foundations of exercise science and consistency, Axon intends to break through the noise in the fitness industry. We bring our members meticulously programmed and endlessly trackable fitness, to create a classroom environment that mimics the benefits of working with a personal trainer. Boutique fitness, where it’s not just about breaking a sweat, but progressing your body weekly to see the results you want. Our programming is precise and our community is strong.
Programming
Axon is passionate about purposeful training, community building, and encouraging the future of fitness.
Strength
Strength focuses on complex lifts that build strength through a variety of exercises and techniques. Be prepared to keep reps low, and weights high, with more intentional rest periods for proper recovery. Metabolic conditioning puts the exclamation point on the day and moves into a period of recovery.
Performance
Saturdays are for "fun"! Play your way through the workout using different structures, formats, and toys from around the gym. We keep it fresh and new every week so that you have something fun to wake up to. Adult recess that will make us better athletes at life!
Conditioning
Conditioning focuses on hypertrophy and endurance. Less rest, higher heart rates, and more volume. We train accessory and stabilizer muscles that are designed to enhance your overall program. Featuring a variety of rep schemes, modalities, formats, bursts of HIIT, cardio finishers, and exercise burnouts!
Tune Up
An important part of increasing muscular endurance and strength is recovery. Our Tune Up class will improve neuromuscular efficiency, reduce soreness, and improve tissue recovery. Using foam rollers, therapy balls, and bands, this class will work on improving your flexibility and mobility. Students are encouraged to bring their own mat for this class.

FAQs
Do I need weightlifting experience?
Nope! We believe everyone has something to learn. Just make sure to speak to our instructors prior to class and they will provide you more specific instruction.
Why is programming important?
Programming means that every work out is created as part of a long term design for optimal benefit to our members. Nothing workout is random, each session builds on the last and allows you to experience improvement day after day, week after week.
What should I do to prepare for class?
We suggest eating a small meal/snack of carbs, fat, and protein prior to class. Some suggestions include a waffle with peanut butter, or a banana with peanut butter. We really love peanut butter.
Are abs really made in the kitchen?
If you want to get the most out of your body, you have to be cognizant of what you put into your body. A good place to start is with a meal prep provider, like our friends at FitFreshFast!
What makes you different than other fitness studios?
We hit the sweet spot between one-on-one training and large group fitness. All classes are taught by experienced trainers who will guide, adjust, and modify the workout to fit your needs. Class sizes of up to 12 will allow you to draw energy from your peers and connect with other fitness enthusiasts.
What is an Axon anyway?
An axon is a pathway in your cells that carries information from the nucleus to the dendrite. We want to be a studio that brings the scientific knowledge we know to you in a way that is useful and functional.
