  • Hyrox is the World Series of Fitness Racing. The race combines both running & functional fitness workout stations, where participants run 1km, followed by 1 functional workout station, repeated 8 times.

    Hyrox Training, like what you’ll experience at Axon, translates the Hyrox race fundamentals into a comprehensive and well-rounded approach to performance fitness that caters not just to Hyrox participants, but any athlete.
