All of our classes are rooted in functional programming, so even if the focus is a particular part of the body on certain days, be prepared to work your whole body in some way in every class.  Each class includes some form of metabolic conditioning or cardio.   Come ready to have fun, be challenged, engage your community, and train.

Thursday - Conditioning

Friday - Total Body Strength

Saturday - Performance

Sunday - Closed to spend time with our families and to recover!
