Life happens.

Vacations, work fluctuations, and (knock on wood) injuries happen. We get it! If you just can’t make it to the gym, we have the option to put your Axon membership on hold. Here are the details:

  1. Each member can put their membership on hold one (1) time per calendar year for a maximum of 90 days.

  2. When submitting a membership hold members must select a restart date. That date will be confirmed by Axon

  3. The cost for a membership hold is $1.00/day. Membership hold payment will be paid on the members next upcoming billing date. Total days are calculated as the days between the member’s next upcoming billing date and the member’s restart date.

  4. Members will still have full access to the gym before their membership hold payment is processed.

  5. Should a member cancel while their membership is on hold they will still be subject to the 30-day notice of cancellation.

  6. The member’s monthly rate will remain the same after returning from a membership hold.
