Coaching

Axon Nutrition Coaching is designed to teach you how to eat, train, and recover for life. We will address all elements of your deep health including nutrition, exercise and movement, social support, sleep, recovery, and more. Each coaching package delivers curated information, exercises, and support that are tailored to your unique goal.

  • We believe that just about everyone would benefit from coaching! Unfortunately, we don’t have the bandwidth to coach everyone, so we try to only work with clients are are prepared to fully invest in themselves.

    If any of these sound like you, you might be a good candidate for coaching:

    • I want to be coached! I’m ready to think creatively and collaboratively about ways to improve my situation.

    • I want to build life-long health and wellness skills. I know this will be a long-term process, not a quick fix.

    • I want to improve my general athletic performance and recovery.

    • I want to look better, feel better, and/or change my body composition.

    • I want to have more energy and have a better relationship with food.

    • I want to adjust my nutrition to get more out of my athletic performance.

    • I want to manage the demands of a highly active job or lifestyle.

    You might not be a good fit for this coaching service if:

    • You want a rapid, “30-day” transformation.

    • You want to be told exactly what to eat, when to eat, and how much to eat.

    • You aspire to compete in a bodybuilding/physique competition.

  • Discovery Call

    • Free

    • 30-45 minutes

    • Phone call to discuss your needs and high-level goals. This is the time to ensure Axon Nutrition Coaching is the perfect service for you.

    6-Month Coaching Package

    • $250 per month, 6 month commitment

    • Bi-weekly (two per month) calls to work on skills and strategies to improve your deep health. 12 total calls.

    • Monthly (one per month) InBody scans to track body composition changes. 6 total scans.

    • Includes a detailed PDF with customized macronutrient recommendations, meal ideas, and habit trackers.

    • Direct access to your coach through GroupMe for questions between sessions. Questions will be answered by the next business day (Mon-Fri).

    12-Monty Coaching Package

    • $250 per month, 1 year commitment

    • Bi-weekly (two per month) calls to work on skills and strategies to improve your deep health. 24 total calls.

    • Monthly (one per month) InBody scans to track body composition changes. 12 total scans.

    • Includes a detailed PDF with customized macronutrient recommendations, meal ideas, and habit trackers.

    • Direct access to your coach through GroupMe for questions between sessions. Questions will be answered by the next business day (Mon-Fri).

    Fitness Programming

    • $150 for 12-week program

    • If you are not a member at Axon, you can add an exercise program to your 6- or 12-Month Coaching Package.

    • Fitness Programs are 12 weeks long and include 3 Strength Training and 1 Cardio Training workout per week. Each workout will take approximately 45 minutes to complete.

    • Programs will be emailed to you to complete on your own. Fitness programs do not include in-person personal training.

    Maintenance Calls

    • $150 per call

    • Once you have completed your 6- or 12-Month Coaching Package, you will be able to book Maintenance Calls to review progress, adjust macros, and assess goals.

    • Maintenance Calls include one InBody scan.

    • Maintenance Calls must be scheduled within 90 days of completing 6- or 12-Month Coaching Programs, and no more than every 90 days moving forward.

  • 1.      Schedule your free Discovery Call. We’ll talk through your needs and goals, and how they might be a good fit for coaching. Discovery calls are free, last 30-45 minutes, and have no obligation to buy a package. To schedule your call, click the button below.

    2.      Purchase a Coaching Package. After the Discovery call, you will have the option to purchase a 6- or 12-month Coaching Package. Details and pricing can be found on the next page.

    3.      Complete the Coaching Agreement and Onboarding Paperwork. Boring, but important.

    4.      Start changing your life. We will get your first call on the books and begin formulating your personalized deep health playbook.
