  • What is Group Training?

    We hit the sweet spot between one-on-one personal training and large group fitness. All classes are taught by experienced trainers who will guide, adjust, and modify the workout to fit your needs. Class sizes of up to 12 will allow you to draw energy from your peers and connect with other fitness enthusiasts.

  • Is This For Me?

    Heck yes it is. We believe everyone has something to learn and improve on when it comes to exercise. Every movement progressions and regressions, meaning that if you don’t feel confident in using a barbell, you don’t have to. Or if you’re a seasoned veteran, we can’t help you set PR’s and stay injury-free along the way.

  • What is Your Training Philosophy?

    All of our classes are rooted in functional programming, so even if the focus is a particular part of the body on certain days, be prepared to work your whole body in some way in every class. Each class includes some form of metabolic conditioning or cardio. Come ready to have fun, be challenged, engage your community, and train.
